Client Requirements: Kathy warden was very clear on what she wanted; the website needed to have a earthy feel to it but professional and easy to navigate as well. The majority of the real estate information was provided by the client. We also included a few extra functions such as a mortgage calculator, property listing function to promote their own listings and solution to access to the local MLS- this saved the client $50 per month from what was being spent on their old website!

Client Requirements: Chad Sahhar wanted us to focus on and promoting the natural beauty of Colorado Springs by incorporating a lot of information on the geographic areas he covers. The site needed to have a very strong nature feel- greens, browns, creams. We also needed to include the ability for a home searcher to search the area’s local MLS system directly through his site.
